The Cleveland Cavaliers may trade Kevin Love to the Sacramento Kings for DeMarcus Cousins in potential win-win trade deal.

The Cavs do not have much room for a splashy signing this summer, with the team only having a measly cap space to pursue free agents. But that does not mean the Cavs have no shot at improving their roster this offseason as they could explore trading Kevin Love, who has struggled to fit in Cleveland.

Likewise, the Kings could contemplate on moving on from DeMarcus Cousins if they deem he would be the cause of another coach getting fired in Sac-Town.

If both teams come up with such potential trade decisions, Sports Illustrated's Fansided writer Sai Mohan suggested a win-win situation for the Cavs and Kings by swapping their All-Star big men.

"Cousins needs a career renaissance and Sacramento is not the place to be," Mohan wrote.

"Love and Kings would be a great fit. Love would be back on the West Coast and be the No. 1 scoring option on a young Kings team."

The Cavs, even with LeBron James guaranteed to return, should consider plenty of options to remain a powerhouse in the East. Love was supposed to be the team's second or third best scorer, but his two-year stints with the Cavs have only displayed a shell of himself, averaging 16 points and 9 rebounds, which is far from his huge numbers in Minnesota.

Tim Bontemps of the Washington Post claimed trading Love would be the Cavs' key to get even better next season and may only be the team's chance to do so.

"Free agents will likely be more interested in signing there for cheap given the championship halo that will hover over Cleveland for the next year, but it still won't be easy unless the Cavaliers can reduce their payroll. That's another reason trading Love to add depth to the roster makes sense," Bontemps wrote.

Trading for Cousins would give the Cavs a scoring big man and a third star they could definitely rely on. While Cousins' off-court issues could be a potential red flag, playing alongside James could give Boogie a fresh start in his young career.

Meanwhile, Love joining the Kings could give himself a chance to once again become a double-double machine in the league. He could space the floor with his outside shooting and his tenacious rebounding would be an absolute fit in Dave Joerger's gritty brand of basketball.

It is undetermined whether the Kings would develop a genuine interest in trading for Love, but with the team having Willie Cauley-Stein and the acquisitions of Georgios Papagiannis and Skal Labissiere, Sacramento may consider rebooting their roster for the next season.

Despite plenty of trade talks involving Cousins, the Kings were able to keep hold of their star center. But if it is for a talent like Love, Sacramento may re-consider their options.
