Tech analysts and observers are well-aware that new operating systems are not simultaneously given to upcoming new phones. So to get a better timeline on when will consumers will be able to try Android 7.0, below are the possible upcoming devices from diverse mobile vendors that will soon be Nougat-equipped, as reported by Trusted Review.

First up is of course the Menlo Park-based tech giant's very own Nexus phone, made with Huawei. As the new Nougat and the Nexus line are both babies of Google, the upcoming Nexus 6P and Nexus 5x will be powered by that fresh OS. Owners of Nexus 6 released last 2014 can also join the Nougat party.

Google's tablet named Google Pixel C is at the forefront of the update, as it will also be sporting the Android 7.0 soon. Though not confirmed yet, rumors said Nexus 9 may also get the new Nougat operating system.

Also in line for the new Nougat OS is HTC's high-end upcoming phone HTC 10, as well as the one-year old HTC One A9 and HTC One M9; however, the Taiwanese company has promised no dates yet on when will their devices have the new software from Google.

As to Samsung, it has been observed for years now that the Korean mobile giant is not always one of the VIPs when it comes to new Android systems. This year will not be too different, as its upcoming Samsung Galaxy S7, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and Samsung Galaxy Note 7 might be the only phones that will have the new OS. The operative word here is "might."

The Illinois-based Motorola, now owned by Lenovo, will reportedly be swifter compared to Samsung in joining the Nougat update spree. The tech company has also affirmed that its Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus released just this year will be both christened with Android 7.0 as soon as it is available. Chances are a year-old Moto X Style, Moto X Play and Moto X Force will also share the same updates soon.

Last but not the least is the South Korea-based firm LG that is also a bit slow when it comes to Android OS updates, just like its neighbor Samsung. It took two months before the firm updated its flagship phones with Marshmallow OS, but we will yet to see if that will be the same timeline with Nougat.
