One of the biggest revelations came from lead star Ben McKenzie who said that he will also be playing another role in "Gotham" season 3.

When he revealed the spoiler, all of his cast members were shocked to hear what he had to say. This confirmed that no one, but the actor, knew about his new role in the show.

"Yours truly might become another iconic DC character at the end of the season," McKenzie said.

When the cast started asking McKenzie to elaborate, the actor simply replied, "He might take on the persona of another character."

The interviewer then asked if the lead actor is just "f*cking with him," and he said, "I'm not."

"That's an exclusive?" the interviewer asked.

"That's an exclusive!" McKenzie replied enthusiastically.

Meanwhile, David Mazouz also dished on his character Bruce Wayne's fate in "Gotham" season 3.

According to the actor, another Bruce Wayne will be joining the series during the first few episodes of the show.

"He was created for a reason. He is, he looks like Bruce Wayne for a reason. We'll find out that reason at the beginning of the season. And he's not bad at the beginning of the season, but again, 'heroes will fall' so he will take a dark turn," he said.

When asked how Mazouz feels about getting to play the role of Bruce Wayne twice in some of the upcoming episodes, the actor said that it's an awesome opportunity for him.

His co-stars then started teasing him that his awesome opportunity actually came twice.

"Gotham" season 3 will premiere on FOX on Sept. 19.
