On Aug. 21, Sunday, MBC's "Entertainment Relay" visited the "Empress Ki" actress on the set of her new underwear commercial filming. During the interview, Ha was then asked to describe her "What Happened in Bali" co-stars.

"So Ji-Sub is older than me so we grew closer comfortably," said Ha. "For Jo In-Sung, I did not know it at first, but he is a prankster. He has a great personality, so we had fun filming together."

"What Happened in Bali" follows a travel agent, Lee Soo Jung, who is looking for a greener pasture in Bali after a cruel and unforgiving childhood. There, she meets Jae Min, Kang In-Wook and Young-Joo (Park Yeh-Jin), who is caught in a love triangle.

At the point when Lee Soo-Jung returns to Seoul, South Korea, her desire for success leads her to seek Jae Min for a stable job, unwittingly setting off a course of events that further complicate the love triangle. The drama was a huge success, with its final episode achieving a crest rating of 39.7 percent.

"What Happened in Bali" also remains Ha's drama with the highest viewership rating up to date. In 2015, Ha starred in "The Time We Were Not In Love," a Korean remake of the 2011 hit Taiwanese drama "In Time with You."

Ha earned a salary of 50 million won ($44,806) per episode of the drama, making her one of the highest-paid actresses in South Korea, according to Korean news outlet Ilgan Sports, as cited by Nate. However, as opposed to her previous TV dramas, "The Time We Were Not In Love" received low ratings.

Meanwhile, Ha will star as a beautiful killer, Tzuyu, in "Manhunt," an upcoming 2017 film to be directed by John Woo, All Kpop reported. The upcoming film, which also stars Louis Koo, Daniel Wu, Leon Lai and Li Bingbing, follows a district office prosecutor who has been framed for a crime he did not commit.
