Miranda Lambert had an emotional moment during a recent concert. The country singer lost her composure and cried after she spotted a touching banner message written by a fan.

Lambert has been known to shed a few tears during some of the singer's concerts. However, her recent show held at Connecticut's Hartford on Friday, Aug. 19, may be one of her most emotional performances yet. The musician was singing her hit track "The House That Built Me" when she noticed a heartfelt message that a fan had written on a homemade banner, Entertainment Tonight reported.

The fan appears to be a soldier whose banner message revealed how Lambert's voice became his source of comfort during his military service. The soldier indicated that he completed three combat tours and shared how he would listen to the country singer's songs before going to sleep. "Your voice was the last thing I heard every night. Thank you," the fan wrote.

A video of the "Little Red Wagon" crooner's reaction during the show has been captured by some of the concertgoers. A Twitter clip posted on the same report has shown how Lambert stopped her performance to show off the soldier's homemade banner to the rest of the concert crowd.

The multi-awarded singer and songwriter can also be seen wiping away her tears as the crowd cheered. Lambert's "The House That Built Me" also continued to play in the background, however, the singer was unable to sing the lines of the song. She appears to have a difficult time getting her composure back since she asked her fans to sing some of the verses.

"I can't do it... Sing the verse... I gotta get a drink," Lambert stated. The said clip also featured several shots of the soldier who also had a tearful reaction to the country singer's actions.

Meanwhile, Lambert has made one of her young fans happy when she accepted his marriage proposal. A 6-year-old boy named Sebastian approached the country singer during a meet and greet event where he presented her with a pink engagement ring, CNN reported.

The "Vice" singer also shared the touching moment during her concert held on Saturday, Aug. 20. She recounted the incident to the concert crowd and mentioned that accepted the proposal. "He asked me to marry him and I said, 'Yes, in 25 years,'" Lambert said.
