"Supernatural" Season 12 is going to premiere soon in October and the season is special for two reasons. First, it marks the longest-running series in the history of CW and secondly, it brings on board two new showrunners.

Andrew Dabb and Robert Singer are joining the fantasy horror series from this season and they should be able to live up to the expectations of the fans, claimsCarter Matt. This is because they know the show pretty well and it is not an unfamiliar territory for them. As for the happenings in the coming season, it is going to be full of drama and action.

The premiere is most likely to take off from where the last season left off and thus, we can see Dean finding out little more about his brother Sam. Sam, on the other hand, may realize a little more about Dean's current state of mind. The two may not feature together in the premiere, but it appears logical for the showrunners to bring them closer.

Also, proper light needs to be shed on Toni and Mary, making it clear as to which of the two will have major presence in the upcoming season. Last but not the least, one hopes to see Crowley and Castiel in the premiere.

Notably, season 11 left off at a cliffhanger with Sam in a bad state as he was shot by Lady Toni, but Dean ended on a brighter spot. He has a chance to spend some time with his mother Mary and find out about her and also get closure about his past.

Talking of season 11, it will be soon coming to Blu-ray and DVD. What is more, a deleted scene from the episode "Beyond the Mat" has come to the fore,IGN claims. According to the edition, it carries the exclusive debut of a deleted scene where Dean and Sam can be seen handling a challenging task.

They have to take away a glove from a kid and Dean initiates a discussion with the boy but it leads to confused talk about Minecraft. Dean then realizes that simple ways work far better than complex high-flown words.
