As reported by iTech Post, as seen on Moto M's GFXBench listing, the handset will be expected to have a 4.6-inch screen with 1920 X 1080 pixels resolution, and will run 3GB of RAM and a 32 GB internal storage capacity. However, as per TENAA, Motorola Moto M will have a 5.5-inch screen.

Motorola Moto M is also expected to use a Mediatek MT6750 chipset that clocks at 1.9 GHz with a Mali T860MP2 GPU. The display will be IPS LCD at 479 pixels per inch density.

The smartphone will also come with two cameras: the rear camera is equipped with a 16 megapixels, autofocus, and LED flash, while its secondary, front-facing shooter will come with 8 megapixels. Security-wise, the Moto M will be powered by a fingerprint sensor.

Moreover, the said new Motorola Moto M, with the model number XT1662, will have a 3000 mAh battery and will have the usual LTE capacity, a dual card stand-by and an Android 7.0 Nougat for its operating system. It will also carry additional memory via microSD slot, according to ScienceWorldReport.

Per TENAA listing, Moto M will also have a metal unibody with a fingerprint scanner located at the back of the phone. For its color variants, the handset will come in two colors: black and white.

Since the listing appears to have two smartphones model numbers, the XT1663 and XT1662, which suggest that the Motorola Moto M might be released in two variants.

As far as Motorola Moto M release date is concerned, it is expected that the Lenovo-owned smartphone maker will launch the handset by the end of 2016. As of now, the company has yet to confirm any information on the leaked specifications.
