The latest details and possible spoilers for "The Flash" season 3 will feature the return of the Time Wraiths, a new Killer Frost and Jesse Quick and Magenta featured in episode 3.
Several rumors are making rounds regarding the possible return of the Time Wraiths in "The Flash" season 3, as they are the guardians of time, who stalk and kill any speedster that messes with the time line.
With Barry Allen/The Flash changing the past to save his mother from being killed by Eobard Thawne/Reverse-Flash (Matt Letscher) and creating the "Flashpoint" alternate timeline, he will likely be a target of the Time Wraiths in the future episodes in season 3, Zap2It reported.
The Time Wraiths were first introduced in "The Flash" season 2 and has abducted Hunter Zolomon/Zoom (Teddy Sears) due to the fact the he manipulated the Speed Force and cheated death. This also transformed him into the Black Flash as it is hinted that he will return to that form in season 3.
Meanwhile, the plot synopsis for episode 3 of "The Flash" season 3 marks the return of Earth 2 Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) and his daughter, Jesse Chamber Wells/Jesse Quick (Violett Beane), not to mention a new metahuman villain, Frances Kane/Megenta (Joey King).
It is also revealed that Jesse has required Speed Force powers and has been using it to defend is Earth 2 Central City as a superhero. However, Harry does not approve of it and tries to convince Barry and the rest of his team to talk her out of super heroics before she gets seriously hurt in the future, ComicBookResources reported.
Twitter username Candagraphs tweeted that he/she got an autograph by Beane on the set wearing her costume. Although the Twitter user did not post any photos of Beane in her Jesse Quick costume, Canadagraph tweeted a reply stating that Beane is wearing the red pants the same as Barry Allen/The Flash.
Beane confirmed in a interview that Jesse Chamber Wells will become a superhero and that she was excited when Jesse was affected by the dark matter energy along with Wally West in season 2, giving fans a hint that the two will eventually have Speed Force powers.
Lastly, season 3 might introduce a new version of Killer Frost as YouTube channel Emergency Awesome theorized that this Killer Frost could be Prime Earth Caitlin Snow (Dannielle Panabaker) after the Flashpoint event and will likely gain powers the same way Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes) had in season 1. Another theory is that it could be a different version of Killer Frost as two other persons have taken the mantle besides Caitlin; Crystal Frost and Louise Lincoln.
"The Flash" season 3 will premiere on Oct. 4 at 8pm on the CW Network.
