Following explosive premiere, "Supernatural" Season 12 episode 2 airs Oct. 20. The upcoming segment is titled "Mamma Mia" and it will see Dean (Jensen Ackles), Castiel (Misha Collins) and Mary (guest star Samantha Smith) uncover an important lead on Sam (Jared Padalecki). "Supernatural" Season 12 premiered last week wherein Lady Antonio makes her intention clear for kidnapping Sam. She asks for all the information on hunters in the USA. When he refuses to give into her demands, he is tortured by Ms. Watt, Toni's assistant. Meanwhile, Dean learns that Mary was resurrected by Darkness. Toni sends Ms Watt to kill Dean and his mother. However, Dean and Mary put up a great fight against Ms. Watt and Mary kills her with Castiel's angel blade. Meanwhile, Crowley continues to search for Lucifer but fails.
Moving on to "Supernatural" Season 12 episode 2. According to Spoiler Guide's description of "Mamma Mia," Dean, Mary and Castiel continue to search for Sam. The trio discovers an important lead that could take them to Sam and rescue him from Toni's torture. Meanwhile, Dean is reluctant to take his mother along. He fears putting her life in danger again. However, Mary insists that she wants to be the part of the search for her son. Fans can expect to see Mary display her skill of a badass hunter.

Synopsis suggests that Lucifer finally finds a vessel and takes over the body of the rock star. Crowley goes after him to stop him.
