"Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" captured the hearts of many viewers with its intriguing storyline and the sweet romance between its protagonists portrayed by Kim Yoo Jung and Park Bo Gum. Recently, the young actress revealed her ideal type among the KBS drama's characters that included Park and Kwak Dong Yeon's roles.
Kim and Park's on-screen chemistry in "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" was one of the elements that made the KBS drama memorable. During its 18-episode run, viewers witnessed how the two Korean celebrities' characters became friends and eventually fell in love with other.
In a recent interview with Star News, as cited by All Kpop, Kim was asked to name her ideal man between the crown prince Young and his childhood friend Yoon Sung. Portrayed by Park and Jinyoung, respectively, the two characters along with Kim's Ra On were involved in a love triangle.
Despite fans expectations that Kim will choose Park's character, the young actress named the crown prince's trusted ally Byung Yeon as her ideal type. Kim explained that Kwak's character has some of the qualities that she would look for in a man.
The actress highlighted Byung Yeon's gruff yet caring and kind behavior. A man who appears stoic yet warm and seemingly disinterested but has a big heart are also some of the attributes of Kim's ideal type.
When asked about Park's character, Kim shared that she would also pick Young as her ideal man. With the friendship and love that bloomed between the crown prince and Ra On, Kim found the two characters' love story inspiring.
In other news, Park recounted some of the fun filming moments that he had with Kim. In an interview with Korea Herald, the actor revealed how a simple glance between himself and his former co-star can sometimes incite bouts of laughter.
Kim was also instrumental in enhancing the actor's knowledge about historical dramas. Despite her young age, the actress has appeared in several period pieces. Kim served as an acting coach who provided insightful suggestions on how a scene should play out, according to Park.
