In a thrilling event of memoirs invading the big screen that was lately immortalized by "American Sniper," another memoir is being readied to hit the screens soon. "It's What I Do" is about Lynsey Addario, a war photographer that tells all about the life and struggles of a photo journalist amidst skirmish and battlefields.

Jennifer Lawrence will play the role of Addario and she will work side by side with Steven Spielberg, who recently won the auction for the book. The hot auction pursuit was intensified when the book "It's What I Do: A Photographer's Life of Love and War" was quoted by The New York Times Magazine.

The movie is a romantic drama about a photographer's life, "It's What I Do: A Photographer's Life Of Love and War." The movie producer is none other than Andrew Lazar, who also produced the "American Sniper," a certified hit in the U.S cinemas.

Wynn Wygal, on the other hand, is responsible in introducing the book to Lazar production. According to The Wrap, the material has also been sought by high end celebrities such as Natalie Portman, Reese Witherspoon and Margot Robbie.

According to the Deadline, the celebrities contended through their individual representatives mainly, Working Title for Reese Witherspoon, Darren Aronofsky for Natalie Portman and The Wolf of Wallstreet for Margot Robbie. The Weinstein Company also made a bid for George Clooney and Grant Heslov.

The story revolves around a female amateur photographer whose life as a photojournalist started after the Sept. 11 tragedy. When Addario was called back to cover the American invasion of Afghanistan, she made the decision to set herself out and be part of the uprising. Showcasing her amateur days, as a photojournalist, to the time she completely dedicated her life to the profession.

Addario eventually went to claim the Pulitzer Prize and MacArthur Genius Grant.
