This year, T-Mobile is rolling out its Black Friday deals a week earlier than expected. The company has announced that it will start rewarding customers on "Magenta Friday, "an exclusive name conceived to take on Black Friday. The offers stretch from 2 free lines to huge discounts on products and free S7s.
According to T-Mobile Newsroom, a family of four will be getting two lines for free at T-Mobile for three consecutive days starting from Nov 18 up to Nov 20. That means that the offer is already up and running, with one more day left to go. In a Twitter post, the Un-carrier had portrayed its free line offer earlier on Nov. 17.

The company has also notified existing customers that they are not locked out. So whether one is adding a smartphone or a tablet, it will cost them nothing extra on a monthly basis when they add up extra lines.
What is more enticing for customers is that T-Mobile will extend its giveaways in the following week during the Black Friday Weekend. This period will run from Nov 24 through Nov 27 and will include tons of extras ranging from smartphone upgrades to free VR. The exact list includes:
1. Free Samsung Galaxy S7
When one trades in their Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6 or any other device with Simple Choice Limited or T-Mobile One, they will get a free Samsung Galaxy S7. This will apply after 24 monthly bill credits.
2. Free Gear VR
Anyone interested in tech can get a free Gear VR plus a $50 Oculus app store gift card. However, this will only apply if they get a Samsung Galaxy S7, including the aforementioned upgrade. Alternatively, they can get a Galaxy S7 Edge for the same offer.
3. Free Samsung Tab E or LG Gpad X
A parent who still needs a moment's peace can get a free LG Gpad X or a Samsung Tab E. The offer will apply in a T-Mobile ONE tablet plan after 24 monthly bill credits and customers will only have to pay sales tax.
4. Audiophile/ Headbanger
Customers will get $70 discounts when they purchase the UE BOOM 2 wireless speaker. They will also get $30 off when buying the LG Tone Pro 760 Bluetooth headset. The two systems will, therefore, set one back only $129.99 and $39.99 during Black Friday.
5. Over 80 percent discount on Mophie Powerstation Mini
On buying the Mophie Powerstation Mini, one will get a whopping 80 percent discount. That means they will get $50 off and buy the system at only $9.99.
Notably, the free devices are only "free" in the sense that T-Mobile credits the customer for the payment on a monthly basis. So if the customer ends up cancelling their accounts, they still owe the remaining balance, according to Android Police.
Similarly, even though not stated, it will not be a surprise when customers learn that switching to T-Mobile One is another requirement for the Galaxy S7 deal.
