Just recently, Xiaomi's upcoming flagship, the Xiaomi Mi 6 was allegedly spotted on its Weibo account. The smartphone is expected to come with the next-gen Snapdragon 835 SoC and Nougat 7.0 update.

Yibada advises its readers to take this information with the pinch of salt as it leaked from personal account of iSuppli analysts through his Weibo account. This year has been busier for Xiaomi as it has launched several smartphones including a few flagships this year.

It seems like the China-based company are planning to release two high-end devices in a year. The release of Xiaomi Mi 5 flagship smartphone in April this year, was followed by the launch of Xiaomi Mi 5s and Mi5s Plus in September. Rumors are rife that the apart from Xiaomi Mi 6, the successors of other 2016 Xiaomi flagships will also arrive next year.

Xiaomi Mi 6 Leaked Images

According to the alleged Xiaomi Mi 6 leaked images, it seems to be stylish in appearance. It sports a physical Home button that is likely to include the fingerprint sensor. The black colored device  features thinner bezels at its top and bottom and has a dual tone design like the iPhone 5, Price Raja reported.

The Mi 5 is designed with a glass and ceramic body while the enhanced version of Xiaomi, Mi 5s comes with full metal body. The leaked image indicates that the Mi 5 successor will come with full metal body. At the back of the phone, there is a camera housing with dual-LED flash at the top with the MI logo placed at the bottom, AndroidPure reported.

Xiaomi Mi 6 is said to be the first Chinese phone that will come equipped with the upcoming Qualcomm chipset, the Snapdragon 835. The Samsung Galaxy S8 is also rumored be powered by the Qualcomm's new chipset. Both the devices are expected to launch in March.

As Android 7.0 Nougat is now officially available, Xiaomi is likely to include the Android N OS coupled with MIUI 9 in its next generation flagship phones.
