The "Star Wars: Rogue One" is a prequel that points out the heroic deeds of a small team of rebel fighters in which they banded together to achieve one mission: to steal the Death Star plan.

"Rogue One" is the first of the three set spin-off of the planned anthology films, which will be released in the succeeding years in between the new "Star Wars" sequels. Moreover, the movie is unlike the other "Star Wars" films that show the Light and Dark sides of the Force. In "Rogue One," the movie gives off a shade of grey as it is filmed to be dark and tragic, emitting a murkier light onto the Rebellion.

After the release of "Star Wars: Rogue One," comparisons between it and "The Force Awakens" is impossible to avoid. While both films are portrayed distinctly from the other, one could not help but ask: "Which one is better?"

Forbes reported that "Rogue One" was said to be more brutal, beautiful and better. In a related article, a detailed review of the movies was published by Forbes as well. The two movies was evaluated with the following criteria: originality, direction, action, main characters, side characters, villains, music and sound, and the so-called "Star Wars" factor.

On that news, "The Force Awakens" seems to gather up more points than "Rogue One." However, neither of the two is better than the other as both are equally good.

While different claims, opinions, and controversies are buzzing on the internet, there is still no absolute answer to the question on which of the two "Star Wars" movies is better.

Moreover, on the "Star Wars" related news, another article has come up. As "Rogue One" is not part of the main sequels, the Independent reported that Dan Perri, the creator of the iconic opening crawl, was unhappy when LucasFilm boldly decided to omit the logo, John Williams' classic score and the trademark opening crawl from the movie.
