Blizzard's "Overwatch" has fired away a barrage of updates in the past few months with the most recent being the "Oasis" map update that went live this week. That said, the "Overwatch" team is reported to be devising another content that would bring forth another combatant in the mix.
It has been the topic of most Overwatch fans that the character that goes by the moniker Doomfist will be added to the fray in the game's future updates. Also, faithfuls are quite unanimous as to who for them best fits the role in giving the rumored character its voice - the actor Terry Crews, Express has learned.
Aside from being part of Sylvester Stallone's "The Expendables" film series, Crews is also known for his powerful Old Spice TV ads boasting his pumped up voice box. This could be one of the reasons why the fans would like to have him dub the yet to be released character. Hence, the actor is asking for some fan support over at Twitter and such campaign gained some pretty awesome results. With almost 20,000 likes and over 9,000 retweets not to mention a photo of him visiting Blizzard's headquarters, fans of both the game and the actor are now speculating that Crews might have snagged the role to voice Doomfist.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, on the other hand, seconded Crews' tweet saying that the fans would love it and went on saying that the latter's voice has "badassery" muscles. Blizzard then replied to the "Brahma Bull's" tweet asking him who does he main in the game from which a number of netizens tweeted back. That said, such support from one of the biggest stars to date will definitely boost Crews' cause, though no official statement yet has been released by Blizzard, Gamespot reported.
For the uninitiated, Doomfist has been assumed by other individuals in the past codenamed "The Savior" and "The Scourge" whose posters can be seen in the Numbani map of the game. However, the third individual carrying the moniker "The Successor" is still a mystery since his poster depicts a shadowy figure on it though the Doomfist weapon is very much visible.
