"Stranger Things" stars Natalia Dyer and Charlie Heaton were spotted together on Jan. 10 at the Los Angeles International Airport. The two were reportedly waiting for their flight when they were spotted.
The two actors looked cool and casual and willingly smiled when photographers asked to snap photos of then, according to Daily Mail. In the photos, Dyer was sporting a fuzzy gray pea coat, paired with skinny jeans. She also wore a pair of Converse sneakers and a white baseball cap.
On the other hand, Heaton wore light-wash jeans and a light brown shirt topped with a navy jacket. One of the photos showed the 22-year-old actor putting his arm around Dyer as they made their way through the security inside the LAX terminal, sparking romance rumors even more.
Shortly after they were spotted at the airport, Heaton shared on Instagram a waggish snap from their trip. In the photo, he tried to fit his feet into Dyer's pair of heels. He captioned the photo, "@nattyiceofficial Need my Converse back!"
In as early as September 2016, rumors about Dyer and Heaton being more than just colleagues were swirling after the two attended a Spanish holiday event wearing matching Halloween costumes. Two months after, the two were romantically linked with each other again when an alleged eyewitness claimed that Dyer and Heaton were holding hands while dining at a restaurant somewhere in Nashville.
A day before their most recent trip, they and the other cast members of "Stranger Things" graced In Style magazine's official after-party for the 74th Annual Golden Globe Awards. "Stranger Things" was nominated for Best Television Series-Drama category at the Golden Globes, but was ultimately outstripped by "The Crown."
Since the series debuted on Netflix in July 2016, fans of "Stranger Things" have enthusiastically followed the love triangle between Nancy Wheeler, played by Dyer, and her two lovers, Jonathan Byers and Steve Harrington, played by Heaton and Joe Keerv, respectively. Fans have gone crazy over their romantic storyline that they even started using hashtags #TeamJonathan and #TeamSteve on social media, according to Yahoo News.
Netflix has yet to announce the premiere date of "Stranger Things" Season 2. Previously, the network shared on social media a photo of the cast members during their first table read.
