Fans of the teen vampire series do not have to wait for a long time before they see the next 10 episodes of "Teen Wolf" Season 6. The final episodes will be released this summer.

The release date of "Teen Wolf" Season 6 final episodes was announced on the official Twitter account of the MTV TV series. The announcement was made through a trailer video that says that the last 10 episodes of the popular TV show will be out in the summer without a specific date.

As for the first half of Season 6, it ended up abruptly without major clues on what could be next for the MTV series. The last episode ended with a scene between Stiles Stilinski (Dylan O'Brien) and Scott McCall (Tyler Posey) as they drive away from Beacon Hills that seemed to be the show's ending.

Executive producer Jeff Davis told TV Line that he did not want to have a tag at the end leading into Season 6B. He added, "You get a little tired of cliffhangers. They start to seem a bit perfunctory, like too much salesmanship."

Although Davis was not keen in sharing details about "Teen Wolf" Season 6B spoilers, he shared a number of events that are expected to surprise viewers when it returns. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, he answered many questions about the future events of the series.

On Melissa McCall and Chris Argent's romance, Davis said that they recently planned it because it is the final season of "Teen Wolf." He also addressed Stiles and Lydia's (Holland Roden) kissing scene that became the focal of the last episode. The status of their romance remains to be a big question because although they are both in love, there is no certainty when Stiles would be seen again.

As previously revealed, O'Brien has been busy with his new movie "Maze Runner: The Death Cure," and he needs more time to concentrate on his other projects. Despite the actor skipping several episodes in "Teen Wolf" Season 6, Davis confirmed that the final season of "Teen Wolf" will still focus on Stiles.

As to what viewers could expect when the last 10 episodes return, Davis confirmed that it will tell more about Scott's evolution. Scott will play a very special part in the last episodes, where he would remain as the protector of the supernatural in Beacon Hills.
