A beloved couple in "Once Upon a Time" Season 6 will finally reunite in an upcoming episode. Recently, Ginnifer Goodwin shared her thoughts about her character Snow and Charming's (Josh Dallas) sleeping curse.
An earlier episode in "Once Upon a Time" Season 6 featured a spell that separated the married couple Snow and Charming in a unique way. Cursed by the Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla) with a sleeping spell where only one half of the said couple can be awake at any given time, Snow and Charming has had to adjust to their new life while trying to find a way to break the curse.
Given Emma's (Jennifer Morrison) prophesized death and the threat on Storybrooke, Charming has even decided to forego sleep so he could help Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) to fight the Evil Queen and protect his loved ones. However, his lack of sleep coupled with the discovery of his parents' true fate might turn Snow's husband into a darker character.
Meanwhile, the cursed couple will soon be reunited, according to Goodwin. The actress told Entertainment Weekly that the sleeping spell will be broken in a touching and meaningful way.
Goodwin stated, "The manner by which they are brought out of the sleeping curse is moving. I became emotional every time I read the script and it has nothing really to do with [Charming] or me."
In other news, the remaining episodes of "Once Upon a Time" Season 6 will feature the return of several familiar faces such as Tinker Bell. Rose McIver is set to reprise her role as the Neverland fairy in an upcoming episode.
In an earlier interview with TVLine, showrunners Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis gushed over McIver's return to the ABC series. Describing the "iZombie" actress' character as an integral part of Regina's destiny with the now deceased Robin Hood (Sean Maguire), Tinker Bell will again play an important role in Regina's arc with the Wish Realm version of her beau.
"Once Upon a Time" Season 6 will return to the small screens on March 5, Sunday, on ABC. Watch a teaser clip below:
