“The Sims 4” offers a special treat for Valentine’s day, a chance for players to give their Simmers a partner and earn a triple boost as well. The limited time event kicked off last Feb. 14 and will end on Feb. 21.

Now is the best time for “The Sims 4” players to find mates for their characters. For those who have played the life-simulation game, most are aware that relationships are equally important as the other attributes of Simmers.

Ideally, this can be done on any normal day through interaction of Sims characters. The difference is that one has to play it right to capture the admiration of the other. In light of Valentine’s day, Jasmine Holiday has been inserted to help out gamers looking for their mate on “The Sims 4”.

Jasmine will obviously play cupid and help out in building relationships for “The Sims 4” characters. All a player has to do is give Jasmine Holiday a call and she will grant callers three times the boost for their relationship-building initiative, Simscommunityinfo reported. Jasmine will eventually knock at the front door where players will have to interact with her.

There will be two window prompts appearing: “Ask About Triple Boost Week” and “Request Boost”. For those who want to know more about the special Valentine’s day offer, the former should help. For those who want the boost, simply click on the second one.

There will be a choice between skill, job or school, depending on the Sim a player chooses. Each member of the household can request a boost though they can only choose one from among the choices. Once that is cleared, added points should appear.

Also, it may be the best time to look ahead for “The Sims 4” players looking to raise a family. Recall that the Toddlers add-on was released last January, and some gamers may want to see how raising babies are done for “The Sims 4”, TheSims.com reported.

The boost could be a big help but there are of course boundaries. Illegal relationships won’t work meaning a hopeless crush on someone they cannot fall in love with. Apparently, Jasmine will only mediate between positive relationships.
