British cast member Freddie Highmore takes part in a panel discussion of A&E's "Bates Motel"
"Bates Motel" Season 3, Episode 5 ("The Deal") airs Apr. 6 on A&E. This week's new episode picks up from the events in the fourth episode, in which Norman Bates is upset over Dylan's secret. Norma has her own secrets, and she is teaming up with Romero.

Norman Bates learns in "Bates Motel" Season 3, Episode 4 ("Unbreak-Able") that his half-brother Dylan (Max Thieriot) is keeping Caleb (Kenny Johnson). Dylan pleads for Norman to keep it from Norma (Vera Farmiga), but the future psycho is determined to reveal it to Norma.
For her part, Norma is preoccupied over the secrets in the USB drive from Annika Johnson (Tracy Spiridakos). In the new episode synopsis for "Bates Motel" Season 3, Episode 5, it is revealed that Norma will be "in a rare position of control."
Norma and Romero (Nestor Carbonell) have been having disagreements since she found him at the Arcanum Club party. Romero has been investigating the death of Annika Johnson, and he has some questions related to Norman Bates. In this week's new episode, Norma will let it pass.
Norma's "position of control" in "Bates Motel" Season 3, Episode 5 will be known to Romero. She will come to him for guidance, and together they will determine the next step. They will both deal with Bob Paris (Kevin Rahm), a powerful figure in White Pine Bay.
