Spoiler alert: This update contains "The Returned" 2015 spoilers. Viewers who have seen the French original "Les Revenants" 2012 would see the series take a whole new path by Episode 8.

In "The Returned" Episode 4 (titled "Victor"), Julie turns over Victor to Peter's social work accommodations to properly follow protocol on missing children. It turns out Peter was part of what seemed to be a gang of robbers that killed Victor and his parents.

Victor realizes his connection to Peter the moment Peter tells him how to sleep through the night, even when he's afraid of the dark. In "The Returned" Episode 5, Victor runs away. Deputy Nikki Banks and her ex-girlfriend Dr. Julie Han team up to find the mysterious boy.

Meanwhile, Lena's heartbreak over Camille's death gets revisited in "The Returned" Episode 4. Grief-stricken, Lena pulled up Camille's lifeless body into her arms as she sobbed over her death. Lena then noticed a nasty scar on her sister's back.

Camille's back injury was caused by a metallic part from the bus. It struck her during the fatal accident. Lena is aware where her scar came from, but Camille seems clueless. In the same episode, it is revealed the Winships may not have enough funds to relocate.

"The Returned" Episode 5 is called "Tony and Adam." Tony is making a confession, and Adam will be greatly affected by it. Meanwhile, returnee Helen Goddard continues her insightful monologues on her situation. She also believes the town is cursed.

"The Returned" airs back-to-back with "Bates Motel" Season 3 on A&E.
