The Samsung Galaxy S6 may be the company's current flagship and newly released device, but fans of the South Korean phone maker are already looking at the next device slated for rollout: the Samsung Galaxy Note 5.

The hype for the device may be warranted according to a new leak from Sam Mobile. An insider told the publication that the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will sport a 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM. If this pushes through, this will make the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 the company's most powerful device to date. In comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S6 still carries a 3GB RAM.

The 4GB RAM may even be coupled with the Exynos 7422 SoC and the octa-core 64-bit CPU. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 may be a good premium offer for those who opted to skip out on the Samsung Galaxy S6.

More than the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, a possible other iteration may be coming out for the same device. While the South Korean company has not divulged any official announcements or hint, another device model has been sighted, GSM Arena reported.

Over at the official Samsung website, two models, namely the n925 and n920f, were found. According to the source, this pertains to the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and the oft rumored Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Edge. In addition, the camera for the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and the possible Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Edge may even borrow from the front camera of the current Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge.

There are no concrete evidence to this possibility, but considering how Samsung has introduced a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge as an alternative to its flagship device, releasing this iteration is still possible.

Speculations on the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 release date have pointed to a possible IFA 2015 launch, which would be in September. But with low sales for the Samsung Galaxy S6 and its Edge counterpart, there may be hope for an earlier release, judging from the new findings on the official Samsung website.
