Chevrolet Silverado had released a new update for its Silverado 1500. Chevy confirmed that this update makes their luxurious pickup cars to be more efficient, competitive, stronger and more comfortable to drive in.
Chevy's Silverado is one of the most popular and best-selling pickup trucks in the market. A huge increase in Silverado sales was noted which went up to 14.6 percent this year, The Washington Post reported.
Chevy wanted to develop and improve the good momentum they are getting that is why they built the new update as part of marketing strategy. Silverado 2016 looks bulkier and more athletic without the dual-unit headlights and less chrome brightwork.
According to Chevy Trucks Marketing Director Sandor Piszar, the redesigned 2016 Silverado will not only build on the legacy of dependability of Chevy Trucks but also feature "a more muscular appearance and offer new customer-focused technologies."
New mechanical functions are updated with Chevy's 2016 Silverado, the latest update having an expanded use of eight-speed automatic transmissions, according to Detroit Free Press. It also features an updated Chevy MyLink infotainment by the power of Android Auto and Apple CarPlay smartphone integration and new internal features for safety.
Silverado's new front end design has bold horizontal elements. The sculpted hoods and dramatic lighting reflects the masculinity and classy looks are just the reasons why Silverado is the fastest growing full size pickup trucks this year.
The Silverado 2016 was redesigned to build Chevy truck's legacy of dependability and efficiency. The GMC Sierra 1500, another Chevrolet vehicle is also adopt same updates. This fall, Silverado's full details will be announced closer to its sales.
