Car manufacturer Ford recently announced that it will release a luxury edition of one of its best-selling truck and will be called Ford F-150 Limited. Ford said that the new F-150 truck will be the most luxurious truck the company has ever made.
According to Slash Gear, the new Ford F-150 Limited will hit dealer stores sometime in winter. The car company added that the new Limited edition model is more luxurious and exudes a higher level of craftsmanship compared to the existing King Ranch and Platinum versions of the F-150.
The F-150 Limited sports a 22-inch fully polished aluminum wheel, a Limited lettering on its hood, a new grille design and a chrome badge made of satin on its tailgate. The Limited edition's front bumper is made of chrome and features two body color moldings.
The F-150 Limited edition trucks will be available in four colors; White Platinum Metallic tri-coat, Shadow Black, Magnetic and Blue Jeans. Among its added features are blind spot information system (BLIS) with cross traffic alert, power deployable running boards, panoramic vista rook, quad0beam LED headlamps and front tow hooks made of chrome for the 4x4 versions.
The Limited edition F-150 has a unique Mojave leather seats with 10-way power adjustment and the rear seats are heated.
According to Fortune, the truck has a V6 3.5-liter EcoBoost engine capable of producing up to 356 horsepower and a combined city and highway driving mileage of 20PMG as well as a 6-speed automatic transmission. The 4x4 version of the Ford 150 Limited edition can automatically change between 2-wheeldrive and 4-wheeldrive depending on the condition of the road.
