Just weeks after the filming started, the title of the "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 premiere episode leaked online.

There is no other information about the premiere episode as of now, other than some shots by "Main Nurses Station" and the "Long Hall," that were spotted earlier.

Rumor has it that the next season will see Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) moving on in life, after dealing with Derek's (Patrick Dempsey) death, possibly with the new doctor Martin Henderson, given that he is filling in for Dr. Derek.

In the last season, fans witnessed Catherine (Debbie Allen) and Richard (James Pickens Jr.) finally tying the knot in the hospital's chapel, while Jo (Camilla Luddington) and Alex (Justin Chambers) who have been together for a long time, moving into an apartment of their own.

At the end of season 11, Jackson (Jesse Williams) gave April (Sarah Drew) an ultimatum to either choose him or leave him. This has led to speculations that the couple is heading to a possible divorce, though the fans want them to work out their differences.

While the relationship between Owen (Kevin McKidd) and Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) seems to have developed, the next season will also bring Amelia and Meredith together as both the characters lost a very important man in their lives.

"I think they really kind of bonded at the end. They are, actually, the two people who were most deeply affected by his death. The need to come together and be sisters that they are so they can help each other," Scorsone told Design and Trend.

"Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 will have Dr Ben Warren (Jason George) and Dr Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) return to Seattle hospital while Izzie Stevens (Katherine Heigl) is also rumored to join the cast.
