The return of Claire on "Suits" will be an interesting angle to Mike's current arc. He is hiding his engagement, but it looks like the secret is in trouble. In Season 5, episode 8 titled "Mea Culpa," Mike will have to deal with the problems.
"Jessica does damage control in the wake of Harvey punching Louis, just as Jack Soloff and Daniel Hardman are looking for weaknesses to exploit. Meanwhile, Donna counsels both men on how to rectify their issues. And Mike must find a way to turn down his recently announced promotion without raising suspicion - while he and Rachel combat an opposing attorney who holds the key to uncovering his secret," reads the synopsis, via Carter Matt.
Also, "Suits" Season 5, episode 8 will focus on the growing animosity between Louis Litt and Harvey Specter.
According to the promo of "Mea Culpa," Louis announces that he is not going to forgive Harvey for his actions, in the previous episode, "Hitting Home," he assaulted Louis.
Now, Louis is set to file a case against him and he tells the same to Jessica. However, Harvey still feels that he is right as Louis got what he deserved.
