There are also rumors that the much-hated actor David Bradley is back in "Game of Thrones" season 6 reprising his role as Walder Frey. He was responsible for the "Red Wedding," which eliminated Robb Stark and turned the tide towards the Lannisters.

The shooting for "Game of Thrones" season 6 is already underway with the cast arriving in Belfast, North Ireland last week. But since there is no book to support the story of the upcoming season, many rumors and speculations are surrounding this season.

Meanwhile, Miguel Sapochnik, the director of the fantastic episode from Season 5, "Hardhome", is also on board for the 6th season. Hardhome showed some excellent direction with the epic fight scene between the "White Walkers," the men of Night's Watch and the Wildlings. The entire episode took a month to shoot but was portrayed so flawlessly. He will be directing two episodes in the next season of the show. Hence, some great visual treats are expected from Season 6 as well.

Isaac Hempstead Wright who plays the role of Bran Stark was missing in action in the entire Season 5. He is confirmed to be back with this season. Bran is yet to use his extraordinary powers to "save the North" and defeat the "White Walkers."

In addition, the audience will also get to see the Tower of Joy, the alleged place where Lyanna Stark died birthing Jon Snow. The mystery of Jon's actual parents will finally be unveiled in Season 6, as it all started back at the Tower of Joy.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the very popular "Game of Thrones" will have at least eight seasons, much to the delight of the fans.
