Claire is Mike Ross' former lover interest, who is apparently an attorney from the opposing side, Carter Matt reported. Although Mike has been successful in keeping his secret concealed, the return of Claire assures fans that Mike's past will soon haunt him.

In episode 8, Jessica (Gina Torres) acts as a damage control when Harvey batters Louis. However, Daniel Hardman and Jack Soloff (John Pyper-Ferguson) seek for loopholes to take advantage.
