With X-Men's Psylocke, going to be lethal in Bryan Singer's upcoming "X-Men: Apocalypse," several possible arcs have been rumored on the telepathic mutant.
Olivia Munn is playing Psylocke's role in Singer's "X-Men: Apocalypse" and her character has interesting roles in the "X-Men" comics. According to Movie Pilot, Psylocke could be either a British aristocrat who embraced the identities of the ninja assassin Kwannon or the Asian mutant Lady Mandarin. With Munn working on her fighting and katana skills, these alternatives are likely to happen.
In the comics, Psylocke is also known to show her sexual aggressiveness by having an affair with Cyclops. Since Cyclops and Jean Grey are part of "X-Men: Apocalypse," fans could see Psylocke develop romance with the laser-emitting mutant, just like the brewing relationship between Beast and Mystique.
While Singer has not revealed what Psylocke's exact role in the upcoming superhero film, it is certain that the mutant is going to be one of the Four Horsemen of the titular superhero Apocalypse, along with Archangel, Magneto, and Storm. Psylocke also had a long-term relationship with Archangel, which could be seen in the film.
Psylocke is one of the new mutants who will be featured in Marvel's Cinematic Universe, marking "X-Men: Apocalypse" as the inception of the real X-Men, according to Den of Geek. Along with her psychic capabilities and combat skills, Psylocke is assumed to become a promising in Singer's upcoming film.

Singer's "X-Men: Apocalypse" is slated to premiere in theaters in the United States on May 27, 2016.
