Popular American action star Arnold Schwarzenegger will appear as a special guest on "The Voice of China."
The episode is scheduled to be shot on Thursday and broadcast on Friday, Aug. 21.
The fourth season of "The Voice of China" is currently on its "battle stage." The episode will feature the 12 contestants on Jay Chou's team battling it out until only six remain to advance to the next stage of the competition.
Aside from Jay Chou, Wang Feng, Na Ying and Harlem Yu make up the coaches of the current season of the hit singing competition.
"The Voice of China" is shot in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province.
Schwarzenegger is guesting to promote his latest film, "Terminator Genisys," which will screen in cinemas all over China on Sunday. He will likely answer questions from movie fans in the audience or on social media and play games with the coaches and contestants.
The former California governor is also scheduled to appear at a press conference in Shanghai for the fifth installment of the Terminator franchise on Friday.
In "Terminator Genisys," Schwarzenegger reprises his role as the Terminator, as he once again tries to save the human race from Skynet, an artificial intelligence that tries to destroy humanity. He must also protect Sarah Connor, played by Emilia Clarke, and Kyle Reese, played by Jason Clarke, from malevolent terminators, played by Lee Byung-hun and Matt Smith.
Besides Schwarzenegger and the aforementioned stars, the film also casts Jai Courtney and J.K. Simmons. The film is directed by Alan Taylor.
