Tom Cruise is reportedly thinking of leaving scientology to be with ex-wife Katie Holmes and their daughter Suri. Recent reports claim that the “Mission: Impossible” star is determined to be a better father to his child.
According to In Touch magazine, Cruise has not seen her daughter in more than two years. The actor may have spent three days in New York City but has not made an effort to get in touch with Holmes, who lived just a few blocks away.
The publication reported that Cruise was in NYC to film an episode of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" at 30 Rockefeller Center. Insiders claimed that the actor has been very evasive about answering questions about his personal life. He reportedly did not want to talk about Suri or his relationship with Holmes.
The outlet pointed out that Cruise may be feeling guilty for missing several milestone moments in Suri's life, including birthdays and her first day of school.
According to Esquire, Cruise was thinking of leaving Scientology for her daughter Suri. It was said that he wanted to be a hands on father and if changing his belief is the only reason he could get close to her then he is willing to take the chance.
Recent rumors also held that Cruise is thinking of buying a new apartment in New York. The 53-year-old actor reportedly wanted to spend time with his daughter. Now that Suri is growing up, the actor did not want to waste any more time living apart.
