Xiaomi Mi 4C that comes with similar specs as the Google Nexus 5 2015 can be serious threat for the latter because of its low pricing.
The Xiaomi Mi 4c has not been officially announced but it has passed TENNA certification process in China, GSM Arena reported. Since the device has been already certified, it is expected to get announced very soon. Rumors indicate that it will be a new variant of the well-acclaimed Xiaomi Mi 4i smartphone that was released recently.
The Xiaomi Mi 4c will be coming with 5-inch IPS LCD display that will carry support for full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It will be able to deliver a pixel density.
The Snapdragon 808 chip will be powering the Xiaomi Mi 4c that will be able to clock at 1.4 GHz along with 2 GB of RAM. It will be lacking a microSD slot but will be able available with 16 GB of native storage.
The device will be fitted with a 13 MP camera on its backside and on the front, it will be equipped with a 5 MP selfie snapper. It will with Android 5.1.1 and MIUI 7 skin preloaded on it. It will be dual-SIM handset that will be powered by 3,100 mAh capacity battery.
The LG Nexus 5 2015 will be powered by the same Snapdragon 808 chipset that will present inside the Xiaomi Mi 4c. However, it will be to deliver a faster processing speed of 1.8 GHz along with 3 GB of RAM. The 5.2-inches display will support Quad HD resolution, Phone Arena reported.
The 13 MP camera on the Google Nexus 5 2015 will be powered with Optical Image Stabilization feature. The selfie snapper on it will be of 5 MP.
The LG Nexus 5 2015 will arrive with the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. Rumors suggest it will be featuring a 2,700 mAh battery.
Although the LG Nexus 5 2015 will carry better specs, the Xiaomi Mi 4c will be able to attract more buyers because of its expected lower price tag. The Xiaomi Mi 4i is priced at $200. Hence, the Mi 4C is likely to cost around $250 to $300. Speculations suggest the Google Nexus 5 2015 will be priced under $500.
