Apple Inc. did not mention anything about its mobile operating system, iOS 9.1, during their launching event for new devices on Wednesday, but the golden master version of iOS 9 is already being seeded to registered developers.

The golden master is the final version of iOS 9 and it will be launched publicly next week, Sept. 16. The betas were seeded alongside the iOS 9 Golden Master and the OS X 10.11 Golden Master. It can be downloaded immediately over-the-air or via Apple's Developer Center for free, Tech Crunch reported.

Apple has also launched the first version of both iOS 9.1 and tvOS. Developers will need the tvOS and full App Store for making apps designed for the fourth-generation Apple TV. tvOS will be publicly available starting in October, when the Cupertino-based tech giant launches the new Apple. The new 12.9-inch iPad Pro with final version of iOS 9.1 will be shipped on November along with its Smart Keyboard and Apple Pencil.

Users have already experienced the pre-release of iOS 9 features on its beta phase. Features include an improved Siri, better transit maps, smarter search, revived core apps such as Notes and brand-new apps like News, and more.

The new iOS 9 will be the next major upgrade for Apple's operating system, with a full support for the iPad Pro's larger 12.9-inch display and other new items. Reports stated that the OS will help in displaying optimized versions of features like split-screen apps and picture-in-picture video playback on the big-screened tablet.

iOS 9.1 is also reported to include new set of emojis that are part of Unicode 8, according to Mac Rumors. It comprises such as taco, unicorn, and burrito.
