After creating a stir in the fashion world last season, Kanye West is set to debut his second collection for Adidas on Sept.16, Wednesday, toward the end of New York Fashion Week.
"It's a follow-up to last season," a source told New York Post.
West's highly-anticipated collection will be called Kanye West x Adidas Original and will be presented around noon time. Luka Sabbat, a model who was a part of the rapper's debut presentation, told Complex that he has seen the whole collection which will expand both the shoe and clothing offerings this time and there is less of Adidas branding on them.
Just like the last season, West's show is likely to be marked by big-wig fashionistas. His pregnant wife Kim Kardashian, Beyonce, Jay Z, Rihanna and Justin Bieber are expected to be present in the front rows when will Yeezus present his second collection.
While the last season's collection was majorly about flesh-colored body suits, stockings and hoodies, it is rumored that the rapper has expanded his work this year.
The rapper's 34-year-old wife took to Instagram to post snap of herself wearing a beige Givenchy peplum skirt with matching thigh-high, peep-toe and open-heeled boots that she captioned as, "SNEAK PEEK - YEEZY SEASON2." The description and the pic made it clear that she is drawing the attention to her footwear which is presumably a Yeezus' design.
Meanwhile, the rapper, along with his celeb wife, was spotted at Pier 26 in Hudson River Park at sundown to attend Riccardo Tisci's first-ever stateside show that was stormed by other celebs like Nicki Minaj, Amanda Seyfried, Anna Wintour and supermodel Doutzen Kroes.
