OnePlus has always wowed the tech industry with their innovative products that are offered at a lower cost. However, their problem with delivering the actual device on the consumers has always been a problem of the company.

According to Engadget, after launching OnepPlus' "flagship killer," it has already struggled to meet the customer's demands.

Since the U.S. and Canada deliveries were already delayed, OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei wrote an apology on their forum.

Pei said that they have "messed up the launch of the OnePlus One" as well as the the launch of the "OnePlus 2," according to Tech Radar.  

"Although inventory levels ramped up eventually, months after the announcement, it was still extremely difficult to buy the device. We comforted ourselves to the fact that we were young, and that we'd learn and show the world we could do better next time around," write Pei.

Pei added that they actually made a more "rosy" plan for the execution of OnePlus 2 deliveries and they even prepared more inventory. However, they were still hit by logistics problems when they received big orders.

Pei added that as a company, they are learning and growing. He expressed his appreciation to all the fans who trust them.

To compensate for the delay, Pei said they are planning to open sales up for an hour later this month to make the process a lot easier for the users.

So far, there are still no announcements regarding the sale, but Pei said they are looking forward to the customer feedback on the delivered products.
