"Bones" Season 11 Episode 3 is titled "The Donor in the Drink" and airs Oct. 15, 2015. Fans must brace themselves for their fan-favourite couple and detective duo is returning to work. They will be taking the case of organ trafficking. Meanwhile, Cam struggles to make things work after she chooses her career over her relationship with Arsatoo. Spoilers suggest that Booth and Brennan are coming back to Jeffersonian and FBI and work on the case together. After six months of break, the couple returns to their job to solve the mystery of horrible crime of selling and buying of the internal organs of the dead.

According to the synopsis (via Spoilersguide) for "Bones" Season 11 Episode 3 "The Donor in the Drink," suspicion arouses when remains are discovered at a fish farm. The couple begins their investigation and finds out that the organs of several dead people are being harvested for the trading purpose. Angela goes after the person responsible behind it and stumbles upon on some significant details.

Back at the FBI, Booth is surprised to find that Aubrey has occupied his old office. He tries to adapt to the new arrangement. Meanwhile, Hodgins encourages Angela to show her photography work. As for Cam and Arsatoo, tension continues to grow. Cam questions her decision as she struggles with it.  

A promo video for "Bones" Season 11 obtained by E!Online teases the events of "Episode 3 "The Donor in the Drink." It shows Brennan searching for a package containing his brother Jared's ashes that were expected to be delivered at his place. Meanwhile, the couple doesn't see each other eye-to-eye about whether or not it's appropriate to teach young Christine about death and cremation.
