The past few months has witnessed some of the revolutionary changes in smart phone culture as both Android and iOS unveiled their new operating system.
Apple came up with iOS 9 while Android released an Android Marshmallow version in September and October simultaneously. Apple's iOS and Google's Android has been revolutionizing the world since 2007, and with two recent additions, it is an ideal time to conduct a comparison between both versions.
Both Android 6.0 and iOS 9 employ almost similar interface compared to that of its previous ones. Also, both operating systems employ similar structure in including apps and icons in their home screen. Both Android and iOS has taken keen interest into ensuring better battery life for their phones.
Meanwhile, Android has nailed it this time as the brand new Android Marshmallow provides its users with better security features. This is a welcoming approach unlike the "all or nothing" structure that was employed in earlier versions. On the other hand, fingerprint scanners on Android devices make it easier to go ahead with payment process, while Apple iOS wallet now supports loyalty cards.
On a close comparison, one could say that both the operating systems share the best features from each other. Both the versions are only a modification or an upgraded pattern of the earlier version, and in the long run, it may not be wrong to say that both operating systems may even look identical.
Google Nexus and iPhone 6s and 6s plus will employ the most recent operating system.
