New "Transformers 5" details will have Megan Fox return in the franchise, two cast members added and possible plots for sequels to be based on the "Prime Wars Trilogy".

American toy company Hasbro announced that the "Prime Wars Trilogy" will be the the framework for "Transformers" mythos across different medium platforms like video games, comic books and the toyline itself, although Hasbro has kept quiet about the possibility that the story will incorporated to the "Transformers" film franchise, The Hollywood Reporter reported.

However, several rumors and speculations stated that "Transformers 5" will be the start of a new line-up of sequels in the film franchise and will likely incorporate several factors from the "Prime Wars Trilogy" in their storylines.

Hasbro's Transformer story head David Erwin stated that the "Prime Wars Trilogy" is that start of the bigger deeper worlds in Transformers and want to make it immersive to create different experiences across different platforms in order for fans to know more about the Transformers lore and expand its influence across many generations.

Several plots details speculated that "Transformers 5" will feature Optimus Prime returning to Cybertron in order to confront his creator, which is rumored to be the Quintessons, while Cade Yaeger (Mark Wahlberg) and the rest of the Autobots fight the Decepticons on Earth. The film will likely feature the origin stories of the Transformer race, as well as the backstories of Optimus Prime and Megatron before the Cybertron civil war.

In other news, "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" star Megan Fox stated that she is open on to comeback in the film franchise in "Transformers 5", Venture Capital Post reported. Fox played Makaela Banes in the first movie and its sequel, "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" as Sam Witwicky's (Shia LaBeouf) love interest, but was not present in "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" after a one-sided dispute with director Michael Bay and was replace by Victoria secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

Eventually both Fox and Bay have disclosed the issue as Fox stated that she open for reprise her role again in "Transformers 5" whether is a big role or a cameo appearance.

Other rumored cast members include "San Andreas" star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and "Die Hard" star Bruce Willis. Both actors appeared in another Hasbro toy franchise "G.I." Retaliation", teasing a possibility of a G.I. Joe and Transformers crossover.

"Transformers 5" movie is scheduled to be release in cinemas on 2017.
