"Jurassic World 2" is set to deliver a major change, according to "Jurassic World" actress Bryce Dallas Howard.

Howard played Claire Dearing, Jurassic World's operations manager and Zach and Gray's aunt in Colin Trevorrow's "Jurassic World." In her interview with Collider prior to the "Jurassic World" home release, Howard said that the way Trevorrow had told her that the sequel would happen, when it had gotten greenlit, and that she would be in it, the filmmaker had texted her "#NoHeels2018."

For Howard, she just thought "Yeah, boy!"

Howard was attached to a high-heel issue when her character Dearing appeared to have worn high-heels as she roamed certain areas in Isla Nublar, along with Chris Pratt's Owen Grady.

In her previous interview with Yahoo Movies UK, Howard explained that from a coherent standpoint, she did not think Dearing would have taken off her heels nor would have chosen to be barefoot, since she would not be able to run faster without any footwear in a jungle filled with vines and stones. For the actress, Dearing was somebody who could sprint a marathon in heels.

Meanwhile, "Jurassic World 2" would not be about bigger and better dinosaurs just like what fans had seen in its predecessor, as Trevorrow teased in previous reports. The "Jurassic World" director also pointed out that the sequel would serve as a foundation on a much broader story that chronicles the relationship between man and the dinosaurs.

"Jurassic World 2" is set to mirror the line cited by Dr. Alan Grant, who was played by Sam Neill in Steven Spielberg's "Jurassic Park" in 1993. "Dinosaurs and man, separated by 65 million years of evolution have been thrown back into the mix together. How can we know what to expect?," Grant said in Spielberg's film.

With "Jurassic World 2" in its early stage of development, exact details on the plot, characters, and cast are yet to be revealed.

"Jurassic World 2" is slated to premiere in theaters in the United States on June 22, 2018.
