"The Flash" season 2 will likely feature Wally West fighting Zoom, as well as the return of Gorilla Grodd and Eobard Thawne/Reverse-Flash in the episode 7 trailer.

Episode 6 "Enter Zoom" saw Barry Allen/The Flash's (Grant Gustin) defeated at the hands of the Earth 2 villain Zoom (Tony Todd), which rendered him paralyzed and powerless. The latest trailer for episode 7 titled "Gorilla Warfare" will feature the return of Gorilla Grodd to Central city. The super powered ape kidnaps Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) and stole some advance tech in order to create "others" like him, International Business Times reported.

The episode 7 trailer also features the return of the Reverse-Flash, although it is not what it seems as Earth 2 Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) will be wearing the yellow speedster's costume in order to save Caitlin from Grodd since he views Well's as a father figure of sorts. Barry Allen on ther other hand, will be struggling with his new found paralysis as he still does not have his powers and his father, Henry Allen (John Wesley Shipp) visits him to offer guidance to the Scarlet Speedster.

Aside from the episode 7 trailer, new details for Wally West's (Keiynon Lonsdale) appearance in th show have been revealed. Comic book fans and audiences alike found out that Wally West is the biological son of Joe and Francine West (Jesse L. Martin and Vanessa A. Williams), and the younger brother of Iris (Candice Patton) in the show. Wally's role in "The Flash" season 2 has not been specifically explained as previous reported hinted that this version will be similar to his New 52 counterpart in the comics.

However, recent reports revealed that Wally will likely be the one to take down Zoom in season 2. With Barry's apparent paralysis and lack powers returning, it will present a twist in the story in which Wally will receive "Speed Force" powers and Barry will be mentoring him similar to the comics, ComicBookResources reported.

In the comics, Hunter Zolomon/Zoom is technically the archnemesis of the Wally West version of The Flash as the villain blames him for refusing to help him get rid of paralysis and wants to destroy his life to make The Flash a "better hero" in his own twisted logic. It is rumored that Wally West's will debut in the midseason finally of season 2.

Gustin stated in an interview that Barry and the rest of Team Flash will visit Earth 2 sometime within the show to discover the origin's of Zoom and meeting other Earth 2 versions of themselves including Earth 2 Robert Queen/Green Arrow.

"The Flash" season 2 airs on Tuesdays at 8pm ET on The CW Network.
