The move makes the X Pure Edition the first non-Nexus gadget to get the kernel sources. Seemingly, this year the X Pure is really among the first devices that receive all the good stuff. Users who like working with the software now have another piece of the puzzle to work with, in the Android 6.0 kernel sources.
Users of the Moto X Pure Edition smartphone who love building new versions of the software can now utilize the kernel sources for the Android 6.0 Marshmallow and develop their own version of the software to run on their device, according to Tech Gadget Central. Customers can create custom ROMs based on the kernel sources, or users can opt for smaller tweaks in the software to personalize their experience with Moto X Pure Edition.
