Reports say that fans of "The Walking Dead" series are really anxious on whether which character did Negan killed at the finale episode of the previous season. With that said, fans of the show could not wait for Season 7 to be on the small screen again. Good news is that, "The Walking Dead" Season 7 may have started the production to push through with an October premiere date.

Recently, a report on Melty indicated that the lead actor of the series, Andrew Lincoln, who plays Rick Grimes, was seen on the set. This may mean that the filming of the anticipated "The Walking Dead" Season may have already started. In addition to this, a tweet from @TWD_USA said that "The Walking Dead" Season 7 will be released on Oct. 9 this year.

Although the showrunners have not confirmed that the seventh installment is going to air on Oct. 9, it seems that the tweet may have a basis. According to the same publication, the first season up to the sixth season of the zombie apocalypse series has been consistent of an October premiere, and this may be an indication that there is a high probability that the showrunners will pick the said date for "The Walking Dead" Season 7.

Moreover, a report confirmed that even if the producers of the hit AMC series have not provided the "TWD" supporters with a specific deadline pertaining to the release of the seventh installment, there is a chance that fans may know who Negan killed, cites Comic Book.

On the other hand, reports suggest that the co-creator and the writer of the comic book version of "The Walking Dead" series, Robert Kirkman, gave a statement, apologizing to the fans that were angry with the cliffhanger. To calm all "The Walking Dead" fanatics, he promised that fans will witness an amazing Season 7 premiere. Kirkman also said that "The Walking Dead" Season 7 premiere will be a 2 part episode that will certainly be awesome, Den of Geek reported.

Meanwhile, no specific date yet pertaining to Season 7's premiere, but fans are hopeful that October would be the month that they will finally know who Negan killed.
