Things are getting even more exciting in Beacon Hills as "Teen Wolf" Season 6 promises to introduce new characters and a more gripping storyline.

According to "Teen Wolf" executive producer Jeff Davis, Season 6 will pick up three months after the Season 5 finale. The gang is entering the second semester of senior and everyone's feeling a bit emotional and anxious about graduating and ultimately leaving Beacon Hills.

Actress Holland Roden, who plays Lydia in "Teen Wolf," shared a photo on Instagram of an old, dilapidated carousel which is part of the set piece for Season 6. Fans theorize that this scene could be connected to Lydia's previous vision.

The photo alone suggests that "Teen Wolf" Season 6 will have a creepier vibe. And rightly so, the Nazi zombie that got loose in the Season 5 finale still lingers in Beacon Hills.

"He will be lurking about season 6 and causing a lot of trouble. It may actually allow us to explore another episode in WWII," Davis told TV Guide. "We had a lot of fun doing the fox and the wolf with the Japanese internment camp episode so we may revisit that."

But the Nazi zombie is not the only threat in "Teen Wolf" Season 6, as there will be another baddie based on a different mythology. Davis teased that it is "pretty big" and was "technically difficult" for the crew to execute. In total, there will be three villains causing havoc in Season 6.

"If season 5B was a monster movie, which is what we went for, season 6 is a bit of a ghost story," Davis teased.

Davis added that friendships will be tested in the sixth season of "Teen Wolf," particularly that of Scott and Stiles. Stydia fans will also be treated to a "great Lydia-Stiles story," MTV news reported. Something very big will happen to the tandem which will either be good or bad or both.

Moreover, a new member has been added to the "Teen Wolf" Season 6 cast. Ross Butler will play Nathan, the new member of the lacrosse team and he is skeptical about supernatural beings, but all is about to change ones he comes face to face with the creatures in Beacon Hills.
