"I would like to learn more of Caitlin's family. I think we saw a little snippet of Earth-2 Killer Frost's family that allowed Caitlin to open up a little bit more about her family too," she said.

More specifically, Panabaker said that she wants to meet Cailtin's mom.

"I would like to learn more about Caitlin's mom and her relationship with her mom," she said.

Meanwhile, "The Flash" season 2, episode 19 featured Caitlin coming face-to-face with her Earth-2 counterpart Killer Frost. During that time, Caitlin discovered that she and Killer Frost have a similar relationship with their respective mothers.

The character also found out that Killer Frost has a brother named Charlie.

During their conversation, Killer Frost told Caitlin that her mom turned into a b*tch after Charlie died.

When Caitlin told her that her mom is quite indifferent as well, Killer Frost asked her if she has a brother too.

However, she said no and added that she really doesn't know why her relationship with her mom has always been like that.

In other news, fans of Caitlin are in for a treat in "The Flash" season 3. While speaking with Collider, executive producer Andrew Kreisberg said that the character will have more storylines in the upcoming episodes.

"We haven't met Caitlin's mom yet. We got a little talk between the two women, which will probably play out in season 3," he told the publication in April.

Kreisberg also explained why they decided to get rid of Caitlin's Earth-2 doppelganger last season.

According to him, the character was only introduced as a reminder of Caitlin to Zoom (Teddy Sears).

Since they knew that she will be killed off, Kreisberg felt it was necessary for the two characters to have a few minutes with each other.

"It gave us an opportunity to deepen both characters, but ultimately, she had to go," he said.

"The Flash" season 3 will premiere on The CW sometime this year.
