Justin Bieber pledged his allegiance to Kanye West and Kim Kardashian in their recent controversial feud against Taylor Swift on Tuesday, August 2, early morning.

Bieber posted a photo on Instagram depicting a screenshot of him having a FaceTime with "Famous" rapper West, along with a caption that says, "Taylor Swift what up". The "Love Yourself" singer had declared that he is on West and Kardashian's side of the war, which is outright contradictory with what her previous girlfriend, Selena Gomez, thinks about the issue, according to The Daily Beast.

Gomez, when the issue had blown off, had defended Swift by taking it to Twitter and saying that "there are more important issues". She continued by saying that "people should use their voice for something that matters and reduces their hatred in all forms."

Followers responded to Gomez by asking her about the lack of her Tweets regarding a lot of various recent issues, such as the recent tragedies in Dallas, Orlando, Ferguson, and all the other pervading police brutalities that prompted the "#BlackLivesMatter" movement. In return, Gomez fired back by saying that she does not save lives if she hashtags something.

The recent controversy showed us that Swift was not as honest as the fans had expected her to be. In a video uploaded by Kardashian on July 16, also known as National Snake Day, it was revealed that Swift and West had a phone call with Swift approving his lyrics.

Chloë Grace Moretz, who is one of Swift's most vocal defenders, immediately jumped into the issue and said that the Twitterverse should stop wasting their voices on something so unimportant. Khloé Kardashian, who bears a similar name as her, responded to this by posting a photo of a woman with her butthole exposed on the beach, whom she mistakenly thought was Moretz.

Intensifying the issue further, Moretz's partner, Brooklyn Beckham, recently posted a photo on Instagram of himself rocking a t-shirt with West's lyrics on them almost immediately after the tweet by Moretz. Eventually, he deleted the post days after, according to The Daily Mail, on what we can only guess as being the result of a dispute between Moretz and himself over the matter.
