"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." Season 4 episode 2 is titled "Meet the New Boss," according to Spoiler TV and from the newly released promotional images of ABC, viewers will see O'Mara meeting with Gregg (Phil Coulson).  Until now, O'Mara's identity has been kept under wraps.

The sypnosis revealed that O'Mara's arrival at the organization will not be as warm as expected among the agents.  He is taking the team into a new direction, which may surprise them a bit more.  Among O'Mara's plans is to arrest the ex- S.H.I.E.L.D. member Daisy Johnson (Chloe Bennet) that could lead to a rough patch between him and Coulson.

"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." Season 4 will see Leo Fitz (Iain Caestecker) and Al MackKenzie (Henry Simmons) working on a high-tech room that looks like full of security. The room is somewhat their latest invention that will house Johnson.

Gregg, who was informed of his demotion the day O'Mara appeared on the set shared that he was surprised about the changes, but affirmed that he trust why they demoted him in the story.  He did not feel upset and even confirmed that he enjoys his new role as an agent. The actor teased that Coulson will be a little bit worried about the team when O'Mara appeared, and he is there to protect the team.

"I always felt like Coulson was happiest in the field," Gregg told The Hollywood Reporter. "Neither I nor Coulson loved playing and listening while his agents went into dangerous situations. And there are more dramatic possibilities when you have a boss that you have to deal with."

Aside from the new director, Gregg is excited to see the reaction of fans when Ghost Rider (Gabriel Luna) appears in "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." Season 4. He believes that the addition of Ghost Rider will change the course of the ABC TV series. The new season returns on Sept. 20, Tuesday, at 10 pm on ABC.
