Avid fans may be surprised by the unexpected change in the upcoming laptop since it will sport a very new design that will have metal injection molded hinges. Some are even wondering what changes the upcoming MacBook Air 2016 would have if the MacBook Pro 2016 is thinner than the former.

Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo believes that the upcoming MacBook Pro will still feature Intel's Skylake processor, although the Kaby Lake processor is also ready. The Skylake "H-Series" processors are good for the 15-inch MacBook Pro that fans are anticipating on October, since the chips are still Intel's best offerings, according to MacRumors.

On the other hand, Apple could still introduce the Kaby lake processors for the upcoming laptop, but it will be available in 2017. The chipmaker will offer the Kaby Lake processors until the end of 2017 before the new Cannon Lake processors are introduced.

Rumors have been rife that the upcoming MacBook Pro 2016 will sport an OLED display touch bard, touch ID, Thunderbolt 3, and USB Type-C port. Another interesting feature will be the Apple Pencil, but there will be no headphone jack. The company has already ditched the headphone jack in its iPhone 7, and therefore, it would be on the right track if it does not offer the headphone jack for the much-rumored MacBook Pro.

Although the manufacturer has not confirmed nor denied that the upcoming laptop would be released next month, the month of October is significant to Apple when it comes to releasing revamped MacBook Pro laptops. Every important change to the company's MacBook Pro happened in October, according to Trusted Reviews.
