There has been much attention on ex-Formula One racer Michael Schumacher since he sustained head injuries during a skiing accident in the French Alps. "I told the court on Friday that the alleged claim that Michael Schumacher can walk again is false and simply not true," Felix Damm told CNN. "Michael cannot even stand with the help of his special therapists. I cannot make any other comments about Michael's health condition."

Damm previously unveiled such details at a German court when the Schumi's family lawsuit against the Die Bunte magazine was being heard. The new outlet allegedly published false information in a December 2015 story, claiming that Schumacher is now recovering at an impressive speed and is able to make small steps with the help of his assistants.

The claims were immediately debunked by Schumi's longtime manager, Sabine Kehm, asserting that the reports were erroneous and irresponsible. Speaking with New York Daily News, Kehm said that the reports only sought to bring false optimism to all people involved. The manager added that considering the severity of the injuries, it is important for Schumacher to have some privacy.

The family of the former Ferrari racer decided to sue the magazine for publishing false information and for infringing into their private life. While the outcome of the case will be expected in October this year, it is reported that the Schumacher family is asking €40,000-€100,000 as compensation for invading the racer's privacy.

Following the fatal Alps accident, Schumi underwent two serious brain surgeries before later being placed in a medically induced coma in France. Eventually, the ex-racer was taken at the Lausanne hospital before he was transferred to his Switzerland home.

The all time greatest Formula One driver is currently receiving first-class medical care at his house. He is under a team of medical specialists who provide around-the-clock medical support. Watch the sneak peek below for more information on the health condition of Schumacher.
