It is only a matter of few weeks before the second season of "Vikings" season 4 finally launches. Apart from the show's much-awaited comeback, unresolved scenes that were left in the past season are also anticipated by followers. Though majority may focus on these events, other surprising incidents may just catch fans off-guard.

During her interview in the recently held San Diego Comic Con, Katherine Winnick, the actress who portrays Lagertha in the series, promised that fans will be able to witness a one of a kind battle scene between her character and Queen Aslaug. Winnick revealed, "It is going to be a cat fight. The two power women go head to head. It's a really interesting scene because you don't expect what happens," Entertainment Weekly reported.

In a separate report by the same publication, Hirst gave some details about what viewers should expect for Ragnar and his sons once the former reunites with his children. Several years have passed and Ragnar's sons did not know much about of their father. The young adults were only hearing stories about Ragnar's past and this drove them to the intention of killing him.

During an interview with the publication, Hirst confirmed there is still much to be told about Ragnar's back story, and that is what fans should also anticipate in the second part of the season. He also noted that although some may think the protagonist story is already over in the first part, there is still more to be revealed in the coming season, which is entirely about Ragnar and his relationship with his sons.

The creator also revealed the return of Ragnar has some purpose to fulfill. Although he did not give a hint about the character's come back, he confirmed that the storyline is a big part of the narrative.
