''The Shadow Within'' which is marked as a comeback movie for Lindsay Lohan is now attracting the attention of the moviegoers. The star cast may not be a very prominent one; however, Dominik Madani who will play the role of Colin Haroosen has started to carve a niche for himself in the world of cinemas.
He is trained in Ivana Chubbuck Acting Studio in Los Angeles, and since 2012 he has been getting ready to start his acting career. He was a producer assistant in the beginning of his career and with this movie, along with Lohan, he is expected to build up his portfolio.
This horror film too has an element of supernatural powers in the form of werewolves and Charlotte Beckett will play the role of Wolfe. Patricia (played by Lohan) is in a fix after she tries to discover the mystery about her uncle's death. Her DNA matches the DNA of a long-time lycanthrope lineage of werewolves and she does not know how to suppress her true identity now.
Not much is revealed about the role of Madani as of yet, however, Lohan teased recently on Instagram about her upcoming movie. According to Daily Mail, the film was shot in Belgium almost a year back and is in post-production now. Mark Morgan is the writer of the screenplay.
Recently, Lohan posted a poster on Instagram which shows her face going up in flames and smoke. She wants to create a market for this movie so that her comeback is a success. '#yes #comingsoon to a theatre near you,' she wrote next to the image on Instagram.
The title of the movie is not unique as in 2007 another movie with the same name was released. That movie had the plot revolving around dead children and there were a lot of bone-chilling horror elements in it. This movie too caters to the genre of horror and the audience can hope that the director Tiago Mesquita will do justice to the talent of Lohan.
According to Metro, the poster of the movie looks very similar to the recent movies like ''Sicario'' and ''Macbeth.'' Watch this video which talks more about how this movie will be truly a fresh start for Lohan.
